With a broad career spanning multinational and regional firms and a background shaped by an entrepreneurial family, he recognized a need for a dedicated advisory partner for families and small enterprises.

His career began with a deep focus on structuring and complex financial products. He then moved into asset management, gaining expertise in portfolio oversight and construction, before transitioning to investment banking, where he advised on a wide range of transactions across international markets.

This unique combination of experiences, spanning a broad skill set from technical finance to strategic advisory, proved to be a natural fit for the dynamic world of the family office. It was during this time that he truly saw a purpose in applying his expertise directly to the needs of families and growing enterprises, a mission he has been serving for almost eight years.

This deep insight forms the foundation of the firm's client-centric approach and guiding principles. As an engaged member of multiple family and enterprise boards, and investment committees, Tarek remains committed to building the right frameworks and providing the strategic support his clients and partners need to succeed.

Tarek received his Bachelor from the American University of Beirut, an MSc in International Management from the University of London SOAS, and an MBA from IE Business School. He also completed the Family Office Wealth Management program at Harvard Business School.

Hadi is the visionary Founder and Chairman of OliveGrove Capital. His entrepreneurial spirit and deep industry knowledge were first honed by building a robust family office service for his own family.

This firsthand experience was instrumental in his founding of the firm, and he continues to be the driving force behind its strategic direction. Hadi excels at forging strategic partnerships with leading financial institutions and promising enterprises.
